Affiliated with major universities, Travancore Foundation’s education and Research arm has been at the forefront in creating landmark programs in Geriatric Care Management. Expert faculty from nationally and internationally reputed colleges teach in the program. The site also provides graduates with internship and volunteering opportunities through colleges and university affiliations. Our education Programmes are affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and Marian College Kuttikannam (Autonomous) offering Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Care Management.

The group’s flagship entity, Travancore Foundation is also the associate member of Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI) and Association of Senior Living in India (ASLI). As a premiere not-for-profit residential senior care centre in Kerala, TF is one of the first institutions nominated for accreditation by Standard Wise International India (SWII). In the year 2021, Travancore Foundation has won “The Excellence in Geriatric Care” award from “Deepika” News daily, the first newspaper in Malayalam language.

At Travancore Homes (P) Ltd., we build senior living space, manage and collaborate care services. Today, we are the largest senior living developer in Kerala with 390 residential units in various stages of development with 4 projects in 3 cities. As of 30th May 2021, the group has two completed projects covering 125000 sft, with 90 residential units to accommodate senior citizens and currently has 2 upcoming projects covering over 3 lakhs sft in two cities of Kerala.
